For over 35 years combined, as Nutritionists’,  we've navigated various sectors like healthcare, hospitality, corporate wellness, policy & guideline consultancy, academia,etc. Though we were living in different parts of the world, unknown to each other - through our varied experiences, we both realised two things - one is that  nutrition education is the cornerstone of health and two is the vast gap in reliable information.
 
The pandemic pushed this frustration to a peak.  Then, something remarkable happened.  Our paths intertwined, and we found not just colleagues, but soul sisters with a shared mission.  This is where the seed of our idea, Good Food Guru, took root: to become thought leaders and change-makers in the world of gentle nutrition.
